For all ages, lawn green bowling in a quiet picturesque location at the top of Mapledale Avenue close to Lloyd Park.
Bowls is a sociable game for all ages experienced or not, new members are always welcome. Bowling on a lovely green we have a large club house and licenced bar.
You can walk in any Friday at 17:45 to try out bowling plus a free drink. All you need is a pair of flat soled shoes.
Alternatively, we have an Open Day on Sunday 17th May 1pm to 5pm. Just drop in.

Competitive and friendly matches throughout the outdoor season from late April until the end of September, as well as internal and external competitions, prize drives and club tournaments
FREE BOWLING
Shirley Park Bowling Club offer free bowling for new bowlers every Tuesday at 9.45am and Friday evening at 6pm.
Just come along with a pair of flat soled shoes. Bowls will be provided and informal coaching given on your first session. Suitable for all ages. A free drink is also available from the licenced bar or tea/coffee is available.
Meet other members who will be bowling during the evening on the other rinks.​
